Outreach Worker Supervisor

The Outreach Worker Supervisor works with program staff, community residents, and organizations to implement strategies that reduce and prevent shootings and killings in selected hot spot areas within the Bronx 46th Precinct. The role involves coordinating mobilization and public education activities, supervising program staff, and conducting community outreach to build strong relationships with local stakeholders. The position requires investigating the causes of violence, mediating situations to prevent retaliation, and providing support and linkages to resources for at-risk youth and individuals.
