Outreach Worker

The Outreach Worker provides support, direction, and advocacy services to adults facing challenges with stable housing, addictions, mental health, and other basic needs. This role involves assisting clients in establishing and maintaining independent living situations, administering finances and medications, and connecting them with community resources. The position requires working independently or in a team setting to ensure clients receive necessary treatment and follow-up services.
