Outreach Worker

The Outreach Worker identifies the needs of homeless, runaway, foster, and at-risk youth ages 11-24, connecting them with resources, crisis intervention, and basic needs to support their self-sufficiency. This part-time role involves conducting street outreach, facilitating activities at the Drop-in Center, and collaborating with community partners to provide essential services. The position requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring youth have access to safe housing and supportive services.
