The position reviews and assesses Outside Business Activities and Passive Investments disclosures and advises senior leaders across distribution, legal and other business partners. Acts as a subject matter expert on regulatory obligations and the Outside Business Activity Portal, supporting alignment and escalation across the enterprise.
