Outside Plant Technician

This hands-on, field-based role focuses on maintaining and repairing aerial and underground coax and fiber infrastructure to restore service and support network reliability. The technician works outdoors daily using bucket trucks, ladders, and hand tools to perform preventative maintenance and emergency restoration of system outages for data, video, and telephone. The position requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and involves troubleshooting transmission levels, signal losses, and off-air interference.
