Outside Sales Representative Trainee

The role provides on‑site training across multiple departments such as yard operations, production, dispatch, and inside sales to develop industry knowledge and sales techniques. The trainee will support outside sales representatives and sales managers, handle inside sales tasks, and gradually take on outside sales responsibilities like take‑offs, order processing, and customer calls.
