Outside Service Technician

The Outside Service Technician repairs case goods, leather, and upholstery furniture, performing minor repairs and refinishes directly at customers' homes or retail locations. The role requires a customer‑centric mindset to ensure a world‑class experience, as well as the ability to assess damage, manage tools, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards while traveling to service appointments.
