Over-the-Counter Sales Associate

This role provides over-the-counter sales to customers by determining their needs, offering product advice, and processing orders. The position requires maintaining current technical knowledge of product lines through ongoing independent study. Team members are responsible for greeting walk-in customers, handling telephone and email orders, and performing occasional warehouse and delivery duties.
