Overnight Supervisor

The Overnight Supervisor will lead the overnight front office team at JW Marriott Reston Station, acting as Manager on Duty to handle guest requests, VIP arrivals, and operational issues. The role is responsible for completing the night audit, ensuring financial accuracy across all revenue streams, and maintaining guest service excellence. Additionally, the supervisor monitors safety and security, conducts property walks, and facilitates a smooth handover to the morning shift while training and coaching overnight staff.
