Overnight Youth Worker - HOPE Program

The HOPE Program provides voluntary, individualized supports for youth who have been victims of sexual exploitation via human trafficking, focusing on safety, stability, and independence. Youth Workers offer mentoring, crisis support, and case management to help youth minimize crisis and achieve their goals. The role involves coordinating life skills sessions, providing trauma-informed counseling, and advocating for youth to access community resources and housing. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as the program expands and evolves.
