Overstrength Community Services Supervisor

The City of San José’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services is seeking an Overstrength Community Services Supervisor to manage the Grantmaking for Community Impact Team. This role focuses on overseeing the implementation of the Accountability. Resilience. Connection. (ARC) Program, a youth development and intervention initiative funded by a Proposition 64 grant. The position involves managing grant lifecycle activities, coordinating with nonprofit providers and school partners, and ensuring program compliance and fiscal accountability.
