Own Retail Area Manager

The Own Retail Area Manager is responsible for driving and shaping the business by developing and implementing local retail strategies aligned with global guidelines and cluster objectives. This role involves monitoring daily sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics, while conducting regular store visits to assess operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with Miele standards. The manager oversees inventory levels, product mix, visual merchandising standards, staffing, and training across all stores in the territory. Additionally, the role requires interaction with Own Retail International and participation in international working teams to implement Miele standards and Compliance Management.
