Owner's Construction Lead

Somerled Properties is seeking an experienced Owner's Construction Lead in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to protect the company's interests across all phases of its construction projects. This senior, hands-on role reports directly to the President and serves as the independent representative for the owner, working through construction partners to drive accountability and ensure schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met. The position involves early engagement in preconstruction, active site oversight, procurement management, and close-out coordination for a growing multi-residential and commercial pipeline.
