Owner's Senior Project Controls Representative

This role serves as the owner's senior project controls representative, overseeing integrated cost and schedule control across the design, procurement, and construction of hyperscale and colocation data center facilities. The position focuses on coordinating and validating contractor and vendor deliverables to ensure accuracy, contractual compliance, and accountability. It acts as the primary controls interface with general contractors, MEP trades, and equipment vendors to support rapid and repeatable data center delivery.
