P2P Support Analyst

This role provides first-line support for global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) queries, managing tickets for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments within SLA. The position involves troubleshooting integration issues between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA, supporting supplier onboarding, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and provide functional guidance to junior team members.
