PAC - Patient Access Center Representative

The Patient Access Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for the US EYE Patient Access Call Center Team, managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and collecting demographic and insurance information. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience in a high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to medical protocols. The representative collaborates with the contact center team and referring physicians to ensure efficient patient care and accurate data entry.
