PACE OT

The PACE OT role involves conducting occupational therapy assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to NEMS PACE participants. The position includes overseeing therapy programs, performing home safety assessments, and delivering care through in-person, telehealth, or telephone modalities. This full-time, exempt position requires a licensed Occupational Therapist to support participant care and program enrollment.
