PACE Receptionist

The PACE Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the NEMS Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, providing telephonic and in-person greeting to Participants and visitors. This role handles clerical duties, manages appointment scheduling and reminders, and ensures efficient communication between field workers and the center. The position requires proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office, along with fluency in English and Mandarin.
