Pacific NW Division Director

The Pacific NW Division Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all sales, field marketing, business management, and market development activities for Deschutes Brewery's largest sales division. This position serves as the primary sales lead for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Hawaii, managing distributor relationships and leading a team of 14 sales professionals. The role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies for the growing beverage portfolio while driving growth and excellence within the organization.
