Package Handler Supervisor

This position supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety while providing effective leadership to personnel throughout the organization. It involves managing department resources to ensure maximum output and efficiency while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. The supervisor is responsible for implementing employee development plans and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
