About this role

The Package Manager ensures the successful execution of equipment packages from the pre-PO phase through to completion, adhering to contractual and project requirements. This role involves coordinating with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders to manage deliverables, inspections, testing, and documentation. The position also requires tracking vendor payments, managing variations, and supporting site installation and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper follow through on equipment packages from pre-PO phase to completion
Coordinate with Package Buyer to conclude contracts and purchase orders with vendors
Monitor and track vendor payment milestones and verify invoices
