About this role

As a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you will lead enterprise-wide agent architecture and strategy across large engagements by defining conversational AI frameworks and solution standards. You will provide technical leadership, govern intelligent agent implementations, and collaborate with client leadership to align AI capabilities with business outcomes while ensuring scalability and security. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture and agent-based automation to guide multiple teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Architect and govern intelligent agent solutions using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes
Define enterprise agent architecture standards and implementation frameworks
Guide teams on agent orchestration, prompt design, and integration workflows
Ensure Agentforce solutions integrate seamlessly with Salesforce data models and external systems
