The Packaging Engineer - Sustainability is a dual-role R&D position focused on advancing Campbell’s enterprise packaging sustainability initiatives while also developing and implementing packaging solutions across primary, secondary, and tertiary formats. The role supports sustainability data reporting, industry engagement, and program management, and partners cross-functionally to align on design-for-recyclability and compliance. It reports to the Manager of Packaging - Sustainability and contributes to packaging development for product launches and continuous improvement.
