Packaging Engineer

This role involves identifying and implementing improvements in packaging equipment throughput, quality, safety, and efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with line operators to troubleshoot problems, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. The position requires providing technical support for capital projects, new product testing, and minimizing packaging and product scrap while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
