Packaging Equipment Maintenance Technician

The role is responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining packaging equipment and supporting systems with a focus on equipment uptime, quality, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The technician provides technical leadership on the floor, mentors operators and maintenance staff, and drives reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across packaging operations.
