Packaging Equipment Service Technician

The Packaging Equipment Service Technician supports SupplyOne’s packaging programs by providing fast, best-in-class equipment service and machinery repair to enhance customer productivity and reduce downtime. The role involves traveling to customer locations to perform maintenance, install and test new equipment, and train customers on proper usage. As part of the Packaging Automation team, the technician maintains technical skills and models a customer-first mindset to build lasting relationships and support company growth.
