The Packaging Machine Operator ensures all finished products are packaged according to Quality & Food Safety specifications and standards, supporting Mars Quality and Food Safety principles. This role is critical for delivering safe, high-quality products while maintaining operational excellence and production efficiency. New hires are eligible for a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.
