Packaging Operator - 1st Shift

This role is a core position in the packaging area responsible for accurately blending finished kibble into high-quality finished products according to schedule. The operator performs preventative maintenance, mechanically troubleshoots system equipment, and trains other packaging associates. The position requires proficiency in operating both big bag and small bag packaging lines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
