Packaging Technical Supervisor

The Supervisor, Packaging Technical leads the Packaging Maintenance team at Apotex, ensuring all work complies with Safe Work Practices, cGMP, and company policies. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical technicians, developing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to minimize equipment downtime. The supervisor also manages direct reports, resolves employee issues, and acts as a specialized engineering resource for complex technical problems.
