Packer, Night Shift

The Packer, Night Shift plays a critical support role in the production process by assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring accurate reporting and packaging of materials. This role contributes to the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of a flexible packaging production line. The position requires following machine maintenance schedules, checking ink viscosity and pH levels, and preparing boxes for packing. The role involves separating defective bags, counting and arranging good bags, and disposing of scrap materials.
