About this role
The role supports end-users across Mercy Health who use medical imaging systems and related applications, administering PACS, CVIS PACS, and associated technologies. The position maintains the imaging systems environment and documentation, leads or contributes to implementation projects, and collaborates with I&T, biomed, and vendors to resolve incidents and optimize imaging workflows. It provides hands-on and remote support across hospitals, clinics, and practices and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation while contributing data for clinical and business reporting.
