PACS Rep

The PACS Rep is responsible for promptly responding to patients and guarantors regarding medical billing questions and concerns, communicating with them throughout the research process until resolution. The role requires excellent communication skills and a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare business office. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care programs, as well as an understanding of payor payment methodologies and the Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
