As a Paid Media Manager at Givebutter, you will be responsible for transforming the company's paid advertising efforts into a scalable growth engine. This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, while managing a considerable media budget. You will monitor performance metrics, conduct keyword research, and implement A/B testing to optimize campaigns, all aimed at enhancing brand awareness among nonprofit organizations and maximizing efficient customer acquisition.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsStrong understanding of SEM fundamentals including keyword match types and bidding strategiesExperience with multiple campaign types including search, display, retargeting, demand generation, video, and performance maxProficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setupsExperience setting up and running A/B experiments within Google Ads and PostHog
