Pain Management APP

The Pain Management APP provides comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. This role collaborates with the Pain CRNA and multidisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans, support interventional pain procedures, manage medications, and promote improved patient outcomes, function, and quality of life. The position assesses and diagnoses pain conditions, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides ongoing medication management and follow-up care.
