Paint Prep II

The Paint Prep II is responsible for wiping, sanding, and inspecting parts to be painted, as well as plugging, masking, and preparing components for paint repair. This role involves operating overhead hoists and heavy equipment like forklifts while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position also includes assisting in training others on paint prep processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
