A Painter & Decorator at Mears Group will perform internal and external painting, wallpapering, and damp treatment tasks across residential properties. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying finishes, conducting snagging work, and maintaining tools while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety compliance. Candidates will work independently and as part of a team to refurbish void properties and support reactive maintenance.
