Painter and General Maintenance professional responsible for painting and performing minor repairs in commercial properties, following written and verbal instructions and using various tools and materials. Works scheduled shifts (early mornings, Monday–Thursday and shorter Fridays) and may respond to emergency or on-call situations. Position reports to facility operations and supports building upkeep and safety systems.
