Painter NCCHS (Planned Maintenance)

This role involves carrying out internal and external painting, stripping, papering, and applying specialist coatings in domestic and commercial buildings to maintain high-quality rented housing. The position requires a qualified painter to work flexibly across a 24/7 service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and health and safety standards are met. Candidates must demonstrate experience in painting works, hold relevant NVQ3 or C&G qualifications, and possess a valid driving licence.
