Painter NCCHS (Planned Maintenance)

This role involves carrying out internal and external painting works in domestic and commercial buildings, including stripping, papering, and applying specialist coatings to ensure high-quality rented housing. The position requires a qualified painter to contribute to tenant satisfaction and health and safety standards while utilizing general trade skills to achieve first-time fix targets. The ideal candidate will have NVQ3 or C&G Advanced Craft certification, a valid driving licence, and experience in customer communication and fault investigation.
