Painter

As a Painter at Simpson Strong-Tie, you will support the production line by loading and unloading materials, assisting powder coat operators, and ensuring product quality through visual inspections and chemical testing. This full-time, second-shift role involves monitoring wash systems, performing titrations, and adhering to strict safety guidelines while standing and moving heavy equipment for hours. The position requires consistent attention to detail, mathematical reasoning for measurements, and the ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and temperature variations.
