Painter

The Physical Plant Department is seeking a full-time, nonexempt Painter to perform journey-level painting work, including preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, and stains to building interiors, exteriors, and road surfaces. This role involves operating and maintaining painting tools and equipment, potentially working from scaffolding or ladders, and providing guidance to other maintenance personnel. The position requires four years of progressively responsible experience in the painting trade.
