About this role
The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced primary and preventive medical care to residents of EverTrue communities, focusing on wellness, early detection, and improved health outcomes for older adults. The role collaborates closely with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams, practices under a Collaborative Practice Agreement, and supports continuity of care as residents move between community and outside providers. The NP also provides bedside education to staff and participates in quality improvement activities.
