Para-Behavioral Interventionist (Para BI)

The Para-Behavioral Interventionist provides direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in a school setting. This role focuses on decreasing maladaptive behaviors and encouraging adaptive behaviors through reinforcement strategies as outlined in the individual's treatment plan. The position involves collaborating with the treatment team, documenting progress, and communicating with school staff to support the student's development.
