Para - SPED 1:1

This position supports students in grades K-12 with significant emotional, behavioral, or physical disabilities by providing one-on-one assistance under the direction of a special education teacher. The role involves helping students with daily activities, behavior management, and educational goals to ensure their individual needs are met. The paraeducator works closely with the classroom teacher to implement interventions and maintain a safe learning environment.
