Paraeducator - Behavior Support Technicians

The Paraeducator - Behavior Support Technicians role involves providing short-term, intensive behavior interventions for students in crisis, working directly with students and school staff to implement behavioral strategies and data collection. The position requires assisting in the development of social skills curricula and behavioral plans for students with extreme disruptive or noncompliant behavior. This role aims to increase staff proficiency in implementing behavioral strategies and data collection while building relationships with children to better assist them.
