ParaEducator (School Aide)

This position supports a variety of restorative practices by supervising students assigned to de-escalation and in-house suspension at the Middle School and High School levels. The paraeducator fosters a culture of behavior and academic success through restorative techniques, racial equity awareness, and the management of an In-School Suspension/Restoration room. The role involves collaborating with administrators and teachers to maintain a positive school climate and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
