ParaEducator (School Aide)

The ParaEducator provides 1:1 support to a special needs student under the direction of certified staff, assisting with instructional, behavioral, and physical tasks to promote independent functioning. This role involves supporting medically fragile or behaviorally challenged students through daily instruction, IEP goal implementation, and the development of behavior plans. The position requires collaboration with teachers and caregivers to ensure the student's safety and successful transitions throughout the school day.
