Paraeducator

The Paraeducator provides academic and social-emotional support to students, collaborating with general and special educators to assist with interventions and daily classroom activities. This role involves implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), proctoring assessments, and supporting students with activities of daily living and health and safety needs. The position requires fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
