Paraeducator

This part-time position involves working directly with medically fragile and high-needs students in person to promote their success within the school setting. The role requires maintaining professional relationships, providing positive feedback, and redirecting students to keep them on task while adhering to individualized education plans. The position also includes monitoring student behavior, maintaining activity logs, and collaborating with regular education and special education teachers.
