The Commercial Paralegal will join Marsh McLennan’s Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team in New York or Toronto to support attorneys on commercial contracting matters. This hybrid role (minimum three days in office per week) involves first review of client and vendor contracts and coordination with business units and external stakeholders. The position supports template and precedent management, reporting, and legal process improvements across the LCPA team.
